Amazing Hotel Wow!!! 4/3/2010

My stay at this hotel was wonderful!! The staff was so friendly and kind they went out of their way to make sure my staff was perfect. From the front desk.....to the waitstaff in the restaurant they all went above and beyond other properties I have stayed at. From the restaurant I recommend the Southwest Eggs Benedict... so so so good!! I got it through room service and it was delicous! For dinner I ate the Cobia on the menu and it too was amazing! Oh and for dessert their bread pudding is by far the best I have ever had! They even have a starbucks in the lobby!! I would for sure return to this property and will be the only one I stay at when I go to Albuquerque! Pros: Everything! Great staff.... Great Drinks... Great food! more

Nice place 7/31/2004

I like this hotel Maybe becaue it is in Albuquerque? It is definitely not for the service. Very, very kind staff but maybe not so experienced. That goes especially for the waiters at the restaurant. In my world the Hyatts are as they are. But I like this one. Maybe it is the weather? Pros: Nice people, Good parking, Close to everything Cons: , Questble food quality more

Great place in a strange city 12/26/2002

Stayed here for business. Had a great time. Service is good. Food is good. Have been back for various conferences and dinners. Excellent every time. Pros: service, location, amenities more

Convenient and Clean 9/16/2002

Though many hotels claim that they are in the higher end of the food chain and then vary in quality from location to location, Hyatt has always maintained its high-class image and their hotel in ABQ is no exception. I love that the rooms are huge and very clean (I am very picky about that), the service is also as wonderful. I am a big Hyatt fan and this one crosses all the t's and dots the i's!! It is also very very close to the convention center and corporate business locations which means you don't have to wake up so early for work!! more

  • In Short
Soon after the first Hyatt hotel opened in Los Angeles in 1957, Hyatt hotels and resorts became known for their dramatic atrium lobbies and their ability to express local flavor. Rooms feature beds with Sealy brand mattresses and down comforters, flat-screen TVs with cable access, wireless Internet, iPod-adaptable alarm clock/radios, Starbucks coffee and Portico bath products. Travelers enjoy the convenience of hotel and airline check-in kiosks, fitness facilities, multiple business centers and ample meeting spaces.
