THE BEST VIETNAMESE CUISINE IN MIAMI! 1/3/2009

I have eaten at the best and highly rated Asian restaurants in the country. And no doubt Hy Vong is simply the best tasting Vietnamese food I've had so far! Prices are very reasonable and worth every penny. The wait might be long but this is what dining is all about. Savoring the food and nice conversation with your closest friends. Well worth it! more

A Vietnamese gem in the middle of calle ocho! 8/6/2008

This small restaurant offers some amazing Vietnamese home cooking. The only things required is patience. The owner is the only one that takes the orders. She also knows a lot about wine and has some great selections that will fit a wide variety of tastes. It's good to point out that they have a great beer selection. In regards to the food try the spicy ribs and the spring rolls, the half roasted duck, the pork on coconut milk and the fish with mango are my favorites. You would also want to order the pho soup, it's amazing. Waiting time is long since the service is small but its definitely worth the try. Pros: Food Cons: Waiting time and slow service more
