Hutcheson Realty manages the Homeowners Association in which I live. After receiving a bill for dues I had already paid, I called to inquire about what had happened to my payment. Since I work odd hours, I usually drop my payment in their mail slot. As it happens, their building is a renovated house, with a mail slot in the door, which is locked after hours. Not only did the front desk person nor Francine Hutcheson not even offer to look around the office to see if there was an envelope that had not been identified, they accused me of lying about dropping off the payment. I will make a payment to make good, but I will also make sure that no one I know ever uses these people.
Pros: None that I can see.
Cons: No Customer Service Skills Whatsoever
