I confess, I'm one of those people who washes his black car a couple of times of week and has it waxed frequently -- just plain picky about how the car looks. I was less than pleased when someone backed into the side of my car.\r
The driver, however, referred the problem to her insurer, Geico, who, in turn, suggsted that I have the necessary repairs performed at Hughes Auto Body. The experience could not have been better.\r
Hughes and the carrier had an adjuster waiting at the appointed time, an Enterprise rental car at the ready. Hughes explaned the scope of needed repairs and gave me a 4-day time estimate. I called on the estimated delivery date and was told that I could come pick up my car. \r
The car had been repaired to the quality of the original workmanship, and the paint, often a delicate task on black car, was perfect. They even repaired a a couple little parking lot dings without charge or even mentioning the work to me.\r
Good service, excellent job, quick work and pleasant people to deal with. What more could I ask?
