I purchased a refrigerator from Howards and shortly after purchase it stopped cooling; I have had a total of 5 service calls; the refrigerator still does not keep food cold. Repair men from Howards have been rude to incompetent. The service manager does not call back and the office staff are experts at keeping customers from managment. I purchased the service contract which was a waste of $$$, they have not replaced the hundreds of $$$ of spoiled food and won't fix the frig.\r
My advice is RUN don't walk away from this store there are too many options out there I can't beleive they are still in business.
