The most RUDE person I've ever spoken to! Told me she was in the middle of something and hung up! I would NEVER allow or recommend her for any business! Un-professional and RUDE!

I have to say that I had a wonderful experience with Deborah Kane! I had listed my house with her and she worked dilligently with her marketing and large client base and sold our house in only 34 days! Not only did she do a great job with walking us through the closing, but also found us a great house and used her negioating skills to help us buy it at the price we could afford!! I don't know what her problem was???. She had a buyer for our home but she wouldn't answer our agents calls or e-mails with the counter offer and thus after 10 days I had to call her manager only then did I find out that the buyer is still looking at other homes. Why couldn't she call and tell us???? instead of stringing us along for 10 days and because of that I TRULY BELIEVE THAT DEBORAH LOST THE SALE OF OUR HOME FOR US!!!!!! she's too busy to take care of business.... more

Deborah Kane East Suburban Office 9/5/2012

Deborah Kane of the East Suburban office is very unprofessional and incompetent. Because of her lack of marketing skills and communication that my home did not sell and thus because of her i missed out on a once in a lifetime opportunity to buy the home of my dreams.. She was hard to get ahold of (talked to her assistant more than her, rarely did i talk to deborah). Never returned phone calls. and always had excuses....NOT A RELIABLE AGENT>>> Word of advise..go elsewhere more

Horrible RE Agent 8/30/2005

My husband and I were looking to buy a house. We called our agent and told her there was one that we wanted to see and we were in the neighborhood...she was unavailable however knew the sellers agent. She made a call and the sellers agent came over to show us the house. She was incredibly rude and condescending. She looked at my husband and I like we were trash taking up her time. Her name is Deborah Kane - she is awful. I wouldn't buy a cup of .05 koolaide from this lady. She obviously has a problem with people of different races.....just beware! more

Bernie Kuhn with Howard Hanna is great 8/10/2005

We bought a house through Bernie Kuhn at Howard Hanna. We were first time home buyers and a bit nervous about the process. She guided us through the process. She didn't push us into any decisions yet helped us to consider important details. She negotiated for us effectively. I would definitely recommend her to another home buyer. We also went through Howard Hanna for our mortgage and everything went smoothly. (They were also the lowest price at the time) more
