My son was looking for an apartment last week (right before the school starts) at Boulder CO. Monika Gesikowska was so helpful from the beginning with her professional manner, which is.. she understood our highly demanding requests (good listner) and also communicated so diplomatically.\r From the beginning to the end, she did not say specifically but showed her behavior, “ I care and take care of my customer.” And she did PERFECTLY!\r As a result, my son was able to get a place with one of the best deals in the area. I just wanted to take a moment to say how great my experience with Laura at Housing Helpers has been! I highly recommend this company in general, and Laura in particular, for anyone trying to relocate to the Boulder area. She really went above and beyond to help me find a place. She not only sent me enough pictures of the unit to make me feel very comfortable renting sight unseen, but she gave me so much information about the area I'd be moving into, dog friendliness, accessibility to trails, amenities at the apartment and nearby to where I'd be living, etc. She really made me confident in my move and decision to relocate, and I just can't rave enough about her. When my lease is up I will definitely be contacting her again directly to get the process started for my next place. Housing Helpers is awesome! For anyone relocating to Boulder who needs to rent a place sight unseen, Housing Helpers is definitely the way to go. Lindsay Dahm was my rental specialist and she seriously was a God-Send in facilitating this process. She answered all of my emails in a timely manner and did everything she could to help me look at pictures of listings I was interested in. In the end, my boyfriend and I found a steal of a deal with her assistance, which is making me really look forward to the transition to the area now that I don't have to worry about ending up in a crappy, over priced apartment with no amenities. Thank you so much, Lindsay for being so helpful and willing to go all out on finding a place that met our criteria. Definitely would give Housing Helpers (and Lindsay) two thumbs up! more

As a professional camper and worldly explorer I have encountered the numerous problems that are always associated with finding a place to live. However from Rachel working at reception to April helping me find a place to live I found nothing but helpful and friendly people. Housing Helpers made it easy! About two years ago, we sold our home in the midwest and moved to Denver. We rented for awhile with a plan to buy a house when our lease ended. Housing Helpers came highly recommended from a few people that we work with, so we scheduled an initial meeting with Stephanie and Jodi. We entered this meeting without expectations, only because we had owned a home before, dealt with realtors in the past, and are picky/ thorough people, especially when it comes to big decsions. In fact, we planned on interviewing at least 3-4 realtors. We brought a long list of questions with us, and they helped answer everything and also asked us a lot about our requirements and priorities. They talked about the process of purchasing and what to expect along the way. After the meeting, we felt very comfortable moving into search mode without the need for additional interviews. Jodi took us for an initial ""tour"" of about a dozen houses so she could get a sense of what we liked and what we didn't. That was a great day for us to continue with questions about areas, neighborhoods, schools, etc. Jodi listened carefully and was able to get a good understanding of what we reacted to. Jodi began working the MLS searches and put together a few field trips - she was very accommodating of our schedules, and met with us after work and on weekends. Over the next 6 weeks, we spent a lot of time looking at houses, but were not finding our dream home, but Jodi continued to ensure us that the right house was going to come along. On a Friday afternoon, we looked at a house that we fell in love with. We informed Jodi that we wanted to write an offer immediately. Jodi worked with us on Saturday morning to put it together and walked us through everything. We delivered the offer, but found ourselves in a multiple offer situation. During this stressful time, they kept in close communication with us so we knew what was going on. Both Jodi and Stephanie leveraged their real estate knowledge and won us the house within our budget. The inspection, appraisal and the entire closing process went very smoothly thanks to Jodi's expertise and strong reputation within the real estate community. Our family reached out to Housing Helpers to find a rental property for us. As a result of the horrible customer service we received, we gave up working with them, despite the great properties they had listed. We had a scheduled appointment time to view a listing. When no one showed or called, I called Housing Helpers only to rudely get blamed several times that I had the incorrect time. After I had the email to prove that I had the correct time, Housing Helpers said they'd try to reschedule but didn't follow up until a week later. I asked to reschedule again and still haven't heard back. I would hate to have someone who is trying to rent their home have Housing Helpers represent them. The three people I dealt with were all unaccomodating and unhelpful; some were even downright rude. more
