If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. They are very high priced, which is understandable for Miami, FL. But when you pay $8000.00 for invitations, you expect to be treated with some customer service, or at least some sort of manners. The people that we dealt with at this store ignored us when we first arrived (which should have been our first indication), we stood around for thirty minutes waiting for some assistance. I asked for them to send my invitations 6 weeks before the wedding date, but they decided they were going to send them out 10 weeks before. I wanted a copy of the final list they were using to mail the invitations so that I could go over it and confirm that it was correct, but it was too late. The invitations had already gone out. I called, I emailed, for 1 month, I never got a response. Finally, the girl that was working with me forwards my email to someone else, and then that girl (who i don't even know) responded to my email with a list of guests. It was the wrong list. So now, 4 weeks before my wedding, I don't know who has been invited. 10 weeks ago, my invitations went out, and 4 weeks before the wedding there are still 130 people that have not RSVP'd. I'm wondering how many of those people didn't receive an invitation. It's going to be very awkward when I call them all. And, just to add insult to injury, the girl who was working with me was absolutely rude the entire time, and made me feel like a piece of S. Do not waste your money on this store. I would have rather spent the time making my invitations. At least I would have known how many people to expect at my wedding. The invitations were very nice, but that's the only nice thing I can say about this store.
Pros: Nice product
Cons: Very expensive, horrible customer service, poor efficiency
