I have ordered a lot of food from House of Wings and never had a problem until tonight. I just paid $30 for 2 dozen wings. Unlike the employees at House of Wings, I can add, subtract, multiply, and divide. That would be $1.25 per wing, they are good, I must admit, but not that good. They shorted me a dozen wings and an appetizer. After calling to let them know I would be back for the rest of my order, I was placed on hold for about 10 minutes then told they do not make mistakes with orders. (Although, they did acknowledge forgetting the appetizer). Someone was screaming in the background and then hung up on me. Business 101 would have taught them to just give the dozen wings and appetizer to the customer. Most establishments would have thrown in an extra dozen to keep the customer coming back.
