I picked up my items and they were done incorrectly. I took them back and they told me to come back on Monday to pick-up. I get there on Monday and they FORGOT to do it. I went to pick-up a few days later, wrong again! Brought them back, picked up a few days later - 2 pieces were still wrong and one of them had a stain. The owner, Ella, blames the girls in the back but as a business owner you should take responsibility of your employees. I wasted a lot of time and money with the back and forth. I cannot believe how poor the service and how terrible a job they did on my garments. I stayed very calm throughout the whole ordeal and I never even received an apology! How is she in business?? If you want your alterations done by ameatures then this is the place. I took a bridesmaid dress here and it looks like a 5 year old did the job. First off, they took in the sides of the dress, which they were not supposed to do. When I went in for my fitting, I couldn't even zip up the dress. Needless to say, they damaged my dress and still wanted me to pay $80. There was also a stain on the dress, which they tried to blame on me. more
