Dr. Hong believes he can cure chronic pain. He prescribes glorified aspirin that costs a fortune instead of cheap pain meds that work. He wants you to spend a ton of money on MRIs so he can confirm bursitis or arthritis, and then uses a big tens unit to try to "cure" you. Might work for some, but after 3 visits, I gave up and found a doctor who actually understands chronic pain. Dr. Hong holds himself out as a pain doctor but he certainly has no understanding at all of what pain is, and his "pain clinic" is a huge waste of time.
