I recently took my vehicle to Hondru Chevrolet to be fixed. The service manager called me to tell me that in order to see what was wrong with my vehicle that they would have to break a part of it. Then also told me that my hoses are leaking and need to be replaced. I asked for an estimate and I was told ""I can't give you an estimate."" I kept asking for an estimate so I knew what I can afford to fix and kept being stonewalled with an answer. The service manager hung up on me then. I called back and asked for the service manager (not knowing I was originally talking to him) and asked if he is the one who hung up on me....he replied ""If that's what you want to call it, I didn't hang up on you."" I then called and spoke with Jason Hondru and explained about the poor customer service and my experience, and he said he would call me back. He called back to say that he stands behind his employees and they don't give estimates cause they want to be accurate (guess they don't know the meaning of estimate). He told me not to come back again. I asked him ""You are telling me, that you don't want a paying customer to come back. That you don't want my business?"" His reply was this ""Don't come back, we don't want your business here.""\r
That is the best news I heard from that shody business all day. They still overcharged me for the labor, and were exremely rude. All in all, if you want to take your business to a place where they treat customers with no respect and are rude to them and hang up them then this is your place. \r
I will NEVER go back there again!\r
ps.....only reason it is even getting a 1 star, is cause I have to pick a star. It isn't even worthy of a star.
