The change that has gone on within this business has been very positive. When purchasing a Honda last July I had to hunt down a salesperson. No staff appeared to care about customers, with no understanding of what customer service is. Wanting to buy a second Honda I entered the business again a week ago. I did have to once again hunt down a sales person to assist me with questions, however I could see that things had begun to change there. I worked with T, and he was real receptive to feedback of previous issues with our past there. He was very helpful, accomidating, and interested in making a sale. When we went in to make our purchase we were approached right away from Mike ""Hillbilly"", and he was an outstanding addition. He knows what friendly, attentive customer service is. I would highly recommend hin for a sales manager in the future.
