Honda Auto Ctr Of Bellevue

Bought my car from Honda Auto Center of Bellevue and always sent her back for services. But recent experience with Honda Auto Center of Bellevue was so bad and disappointing!!! If there is a choice, I would not even give one star here. Sent in my car for regular services last week Thursday, result was a over $230 bill. Then the next day, my car died in the mall parking lot. Not knowing what happened with my car for she just got serviced with a service report of "good-excellent" (including the battery). I had to call AAA middle in the night and didn't get home till 3am Saturday morning. When I called Honda Auto Center of Bellevue, they said, "We need to run another test". Had to drop planned things for Saturday to send in the car again. As their second test result, a new battery was needed!!! I questioned them, "In your first test/report, the battery was good-excellent. Just a day, I need to buy a new battery?" Their answer, "We ran a different test." WHAT?!!! As consumers, how can we trust a place like Honda Auto Center of Bellevue? What if our cars suddenly died on the free way? I have never written a review before. But this concerns our safety. Do NOT go there for car maintenance or services. You are risking everything: your time, your money, your life. more

We get both of our Hondas serviced at the dealershio- they are efficient & friendly, and always keep us up to date on what to expect for our cars- we've never had any problems. The waiting room is a nice place, too, so getting a car serviced is not an unpleasant experience.! more

I am a totally satisfied customer... After a couple of unsavory and unproductive ventures in trying to buy a car, I had an absolutely (near) perfect experience at the Honda Auto Center of Bellevue! From the moment I arrived (actually even when I first called), throughout to the culmination of my "new car" drive home, I felt warmly welcomed, appreciated and respected. The only downside is the size of the facility and the HUGE inventory. Fortunately, I met Stan Fincham, the best (self proclaimed) consultant I have ever encountered and he patiently guided me through the cars, choices, and finance process. As a single woman, I am especially grateful when a salesman speaks to me in my terms, without a hint of condescending or demeaning language! Stan is direct, extremely professional, straightforward, knowledgeable and especially fun and easy going. He asked questions, listened to what I wanted, didn't laugh at my trade in and suggested just the right options. The finance guy Andrew was very prompt and courteous and even the manager I met was really nice. If you are in the pursuit of buying a car and like me, more than a bit aprehensive about the whole thing, I highly recommend you visit Stan and the other highly competent staff at Bellevue Honda to experience how pleasant car buying can be! more

This is our second used car purchase from Honda of Bellevue, and purchase from sales person, Eddy. Eddy is easy to work with, and low pressure. Ryan, the finance guy, is another asset to this dealership. Best dealership on the Eastside! more
