Parking Lot Security is Needed... 3/7/2011

Today I was confronted in the parking lot by a man carrying an antifreeze bottle looking for change for gas. After I finished shopping I came back to find the gas door popped open on my car. I was told I could not see the security footage and the employees offered no assistance whatsoever. This parking lot is not safe even during the day. Just remembered a news story a few years back where a car thief was shot and killed in the parking lot. I rehab houses and have spent easily $30K at Home Depot in the last 3 years . Getting ready to start another project but my business will be moving over to Lowes. THIS STORE IS NOT SAFE!!! more

Go to another HD or Lowes 12/16/2009

The more money I have spent at this store, the worse the service has become. DO NOT buy anything through ""Special Services."" I have had the worst experience time after time. When bringing the issue to the attention of mgmt, i get cheap talk. 20 minutes to return 1 item. Over 3 hours to have them pull a special order out of the stock room. Are you kidding? Pros: Big store Cons: Awful service. Long lines. Slow service. Nightmares. more

Home Depot is AWESOME IN CUSTOMER SERVICE 7/31/2009

I visited this store late in the evening, 15 minutes prior to closing. The associates as well as the evening manager took time to assist me. I was pricing a new kitchen which took time and hardwork. This is awesome, usually when you visit a store near closing time it seems as if everyone wants to rush you out. This indeed was not the case. I recommend this Home Depot Store to anyone who desires top of the line customer service. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!!!! more

HUGE store! 5/2/2006

This store is very vast and very full of all sorts of supplies, wood, decoorative stuff for kitchens and baths, gardening supplies, paint. It is huge and takes my husband hours to get through! ;) more

be careful not to get lost 7/7/2005

This store is so large you are bound to get lost if it is one of your first times coming here. They sell everything from lumber to build to bathroom decals to decorate your bathroom. It is best and easiest to find a employee when you walk in and have them help you find what it is your looking for and they can direct you in the area you need. I find this more helpful since I seem to get lost when I walk in each time. They offer some home delivery on larger items I believe, though this may cost extra. more
