If Home Depot, or any retailer for that matter, sent out Black and Decker tools for repair they would never do any thing else! Black & Decker tools are awful. WHY did you buy one if you didn't want it to break??? Your bad selection of a tool is not Home Depot's fault. Try buying something that is designed to last more than a week. more

Grow up!Oh, the world isn't running just the way you want it! Wahh! I don't work at Home Depot or Lowes or Dunn. I'm a contractor and I frequently see this childish behavior from people who have always got their way by stamping their feet and throwing a hissy fit. Look online for the specs on the sink and adjust your wiring and plumbing to suit. Please don't take your ignorance out on some poor dude who probably gave you a date "range" to go by. People like you need to live with an adult. Again, GROW UP! more

I took the trimmer to Home Depot, where it was purchased, thinking they would send it out for repairs and was very disappointed to find out they do not send electric trimmers out for repair. Does B & D have a pick up point in Everett WA? This means I either have to drive 60 miles roundtrip to Seattle and back to take the trimmer for repair and another 60 miles to get it back, or mail it I suppose--which is time consuming and an additional cost. Unhappy customer! more

We ordered a bathroom sink on 7/24. We were told to expect it 8/5. I called 8/4 to see if it might have come in early as we were tearing our one and only bathroom apart that weekend. The Custormer Service person said, "No, and we don't accept shipments on the weekend so it will be the 7th before it is here." WHY tell us a date to expect it when the KNOW it won't be there that day. I go in on the 7th and am told that it was shipped on 7/28 and shoould be here on the 11th. I lost it and yelled at people, yelled at the manager who was VERY condescending and not helpful. Fine. We waited until 8/14 to call the store. Were told that it would be delivered on the 15th at 11:00 pm. I called today (the 16th) and was told that United Freight was a no show and that they now said it would be delivered tomorrow night at 11:00 pm. This is so ridiculous! It is just a plain white double sink. We can't do the wiring or the plumbing until we get the sink. We can't get the drywall until we do the wiring and plumbing. We have now gone 11 days with NO BATHROOM and Home Depot just does not care. more
