I placed a reservation online this morning for a 3 night stay in June, 7 weeks from now. When I received confirmation I saw they hadn't credited our Priority Club Reward Points and instead had charged our credit card. I made a quick call to Priority Club, they re-did the reservation and said to call and cancel my first reservation. I was shocked when the manager at the Bellevue Holiday Inn Express refused to cancel the charge. Just like the previous review, watch your billing, or you may end up like me with a $717 charge for a 3 night stay. Customer Service gets low marks for both companies, they handled this in a very unsatisfactory manner.
