We had several questions before we signed the contract that they told us not to worry about. Well we have dealt with other property management companies that were trustworthy & honest....maybe my fault for believing that this company had ethics. We moved in...they had the water turned off, the gas turned off & the phones not working. When I say this I dont mean that service was not on, I mean the main gas pipe was disconnected & the water main was turned off at the main. We called for a service call, the maint. man was rude & put out by this request. This was going into the weekend. I called & was treated very badly, like it was our fault. They were very specific that we had to keep up the landscaping but when we moved in the sprinklers did not work, there was broken pipes, broken heads & the grass was dead, plants were dead. There were several problems with the house that they did not disclose that we were suprised that they did not tell us! We called out pg&e for the pipe that was disconnected, they found that the heater filter was so dirty that there was no air flow. We have only been here for 1.5 months....I can keep going and going. The property manager was on vacation so nobody wanted to help me. Very miserable & counting the days before our contract is up. I hate saying this but if you are reading this & considering doing business with this company, RUN! Very nice until you sign contract.
