First Facial! 12/24/2011

Marilyn has always done an excellent job on my massages, so when she suggested a facial, since you all were having a special, I said, "why not?"! It was a great experience. It's a little pricy for my pocketbook, so I probably won't have one every month. But I will certainly do it, again, especially when there's a special on it. more

Breakdown of charges on receipt 12/21/2011

I would love to see a breakdown of my charges on my receipt. How can I ever tell if there is an error. Just would seem more appropriate to "show me" what I have paid for. I have been in several times and it appears that each time I make an appointment it automatically includes a chemical shot and wax which I don't need. more

Nails 12/19/2011

I have always been very picky about my nails. My feet are extremely ticklish. I a little over a year ago I started seeing Cookie for almost monthly pedicures. With 20 plus years experience, she has yet to fail me with an amazing experience. I would Highly recommend her for either manicure or a pedicure. more

Carleen has been doing my hair for about a year and it always looks great when she is finished. She recently gave me a perm and a fantastic haircut, I hardly need to do anything with my hair. more

It's always a pleasant visit when I go to His or Hers Salon & Spa. The salon is always pleasant and comfortable. Your stylish especially Carleen Lorraine always go that extra mile to please her customers. One feels confident when they are in her hands. So many times at other salons the beautifician acts like they listen but they don't even come close to what you asked for; however, with Carleen she will take that extra step to make sure you get exactly what you asked for. The staff there is very friendly and make you feel welcome. It's been a complete happy experience for me and my family. more

Pleased first-time customer 12/14/2011

I was greeted me warmly by staff. While they couldn't accommodate me right away, the first available appt was w/in an hour which I thought was reasonable for a walk-in. The stylist was friendly & asked clarifying questions to ensure I received the style I wanted. She is experienced & efficient w/ her time. She suggested products but wasn't pushy. Check out process was smooth & quick; pricing was reasonable. The spa offered more services than I thought. more

Accommodating & Caring 12/11/2011

I have been going to His & Hers for a little over a year now. My next appointment was not for a couple of more weeks but I felt like I needed to be seen sooner and called. Fortunately I was definitely seen sooner (only a little while later the same day). The hairdressers are so friendly and Melissa never lets me down. My hair always looks great after my visit and the cut makes it easy for me to do myself. Thanks for working me in so fast! more

Being my first time at your salon I was very satisfied. Pick out a style Bonnie did it wasn't for me so she cut it shorter on my request. Looks great easy to take care of. Bonnie was excellent, very friendly felt like I had known her forever. I am very pleased. See you in Jan. Brenda Hernandez more

Pleasant Experience 12/8/2011

My first visit at His or Hers Salon was very pleasant. I appreciated being greeted by a friendly lady who worked at the front desk instead of having to wait for a stylist to leave her client to talk to me. My stylist, Bonnie, listened to what I had in mind for my color and style, she repeated back what she heard me communicate to her, to make sure she understood what I described. This I really appreciated as well. I did have to play musical chairs a bit with another customer, which wasn't too bad due to having a young gal helping Bonnie out. The offer of coffee was another nice touch and most of all, the great end result of my hair color along with very friendly employees made for a satisfying visit. I have already made another appointment! more
