Easily one of the oldest and out of date offices I have ever had my teeth worked on. Methods of cleaning and preventive care were outdated 20 years ago. I felt like I could have had abetted experience if I gave my next door neighbor's lawn care man a dental pick and laid back in a lawn chair.
I only received a cleaning, and that's the last of my business they will get. A friend of mine went in and Dr. Hirezi (female) decided they needed to have the enamel removed on the tops of all of their teeth and replaced with the stuff they put in cavities. My friend now has serious pain and sensitivity issues on all of the teeth they worked on, which they never had before.
I have been seen by a dentist regularly since I was 5 years old. I had cavities filled when I was younger, braces on my teeth in high school and I had to have a root canal in my early 20's. All in all, I have pretty a pretty good dental record: Dr. Hirezi would not work on my old fillings (I want the new white stuff, not the old silver stuff) until I had a $30,000 overhaul on my mouth. To include massive amounts of plastic surgery and bone grafts.
My response: thank you and have a nice day.
