The Hilltop is one of the best kept secrets in Whatcom County. They serve great breakfast foods, epsecially their giant pancakes! They recently went no-smoking, and are going to be expanding soon. The waitstaff is very friendly and it has a small town local eatery feeling. Pros: Inexpensive, Very casual, Super-friendly staff Cons: Far from the city, Trucker atmosphere, Confined atmosphere more
