MH Park with community 6/30/2010

This park has gone thru several changes in the past years. It used to be a seniors park and has become a family community park. There are education programs, for all ages of tenants, which management is trying to support by having classes held in the community room of the park office building. (I think this is still being offered... contact management for details). If you have to get somewhere and your car has issues, CTC runs routes downn SR132. Biggest Lots 5/16/2008

Ive lived at three parks in 10 years. I moved into Hilltop Estates last summer. There was new management coming in. The park is looking great. Its the best park ive lived in. Five homes have been pulled into the park in two months. No vacant homes. They loan people money to get in homes, and have really low rates. Good people only, low lifes shouldnt even try to get in. Owners wont let you. Pros: Swimming Pool, woods, nice people, PET FRIENDLY more

Beautiful Spacious Park 5/2/2008

Hilltop Estates has returned to the park I knew growing up here. The owners are investing quite a bit of money into the park and are committed to making Hilltop the best park in Cincinnati. They are nice and respectful to us and meticulous about keeping the park clean and safe. The park has huge lots and plenty of wooded lots. There are a lot of new homes being pulled into the park because of the changes. The owners are selling rehabbed homes and helping families to move in to the park. I work downtown and it only takes me 20 minutes to get to work! I have been here for 15 years and am very happy with the changes. I plan on never leaving.
