Down & Dirty 12/20/2006

It's dingy, it's dirty, but it's the last place you'll get to smoke freely to your lungs content. Drinks not as cheap as they used to be, but still a fair price. The grasp of english may not be the strongest aspect of the staff skill-set, but they sure are friendly, in a very touchy feely kind of way. no fuss dive 6/12/2006

The drinks are cheap at this good ol' dive bar. The decor is delightfully tacky and the crowd is unpretentious and extremely diverse (or sometimes odd). The odd transient wanders in to bother the customers but the Korean woman who owns the place is quick to usher them out. She and her sister are great with the crowd and kept us laughing all night. Definitely a place to go when you're not dressed up and thirsty for a drink or 5 on a small budget. Pros: cheap, fun, diverse Cons: it's a bit shabby more

If you like gawking at local celebs like pro wrestler Porkchop Wolgomott and Mr. Wickles, check it out. Great service and great drinks. The Boilermaker is the stuff! Very Vet friendly. Pros: Service, Celebs, Clean Cons: Parking, Lines, Bathrooms more

Tenderloin classic man 6/9/2003

This was a sweet bar with lots of good music and excellent service. Lots of Asians, which is always a plus. The Oyster Stew was a little cold, but the pro wrestlers like Vance Wolgamott were a hoot.
