It's a quiet neighborhood. The houses are pretty nice, good space for the price. Lots of closets, and a spacious kitchen. They are pet friendly, despite the previous rant. We have two cats and several of our neighbors have pets. We rarely hear our neighbors through the walls, which has been a problem at previous apartments. We had to nag to get our toilet fixed, but everything else they fixed quickly. There's only one assigned space for each home, so the visitor spaces are usually filled with residents and the parking can be problematic. Overall, though, I enjoyed living at Hickory Point.
Pros: Quiet neighborhood with lots of kids
Cons: Parking is limited.
