This group is an extremely poor practice with the physician and one older NNP being extremely rude, and lazy. Their major concern is about collecting their fee even though they have done nothing to resolve your problem. I have been yelled at, talk down to and have been told that it was too inconvenient to find my records. I have been handed another patient's paperwork once due to one NNP running around like a confused person trying to keep her head on straight. It was pretty bad. It is obvious they care more about collecting their fee than providing quality treatment. Find a practice that cares about their patients. This is not it folks!
