My dentist told me to go get a root canal. None of the offices on my dental plan had an emergency appointment and I needed to have the procedure done because I was in pain and had been for a week. I called this place and they said they had an appointment for a consultation. I ask the girl if they had time for both the consultation and the procedure because I already knew the tooth # and everything from my dentist. They said, ""Yes! Come in!"". So I went in at my scheduled time and ended up waiting for more than two hours past the appointment time for the doctor!!!! When I asked the receptionist what was going on she said that their office operated like an emergency room and that they prioritize by emergency (even though my appointment was an emergency!!!). Finally they called me back and I sat in the chair for another 20 minutes. Then the Dr. came in said ""open"" and looked inside, only to say ""You need a root canal"".....HELLO?!?! I already knew that (I got charged a $107 consultation fee for him to tell me that too)....Then they told me I would have to come back later in the day! They didn't even do the procedure!!!! AND I WAS IN PAIN!!! So I came back later and they kept me there until 7:00PM working on my mouth only to tell me that I would have to come back days later to finish.\r

In all I spent over 8 hours in their office, and only 4 of them were actually with the doctor. HORRIBLE WAIT TIME!!!!\r

They quoted $800 for the procedure, but I ended up with a $1500+ bill!!!!\r

Take my advice and skip this place and go on to the next if you are in an emergency situation. \r

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!\r
