They do work that is asked for and required, at a fair price. They get it done timely.

Worst

We have used them many times in the past couple of years. I find the staff very honest and they promptly answer any questions we have had. The work has always been done properly...

Truthful, reliable, flexible, affordable 12/2/2014

This was perhaps the 6th time we've used HH (we have 2 cars), and I feel like we truly have a great resource on our team for car repairs. They're kind, truthful, and efficient. Repairs remain repaired, so their expertise is clear. Locally owned and owner-operated, we love doing business with them for that reason, too. more

Service was only fair yesterday. 10/14/2014

I was disappointed that I was made to stand outside the locked door for 10 minutes until 8:00 a.m. while all employees were there. I wanted to simply drop my truck off for servicing. I know the floor was being mopped, but I needed to get to work. It would have been very customer oriented to allow me to go on about my business by simply leaving my keys with you. more

Honest and Respectful 10/12/2014

My roommate's car was un-driveable and on the recommendation of the tow truck driver we brought it Hermitage Hills. They got right right back with us about what it would take to get it back on the road. It was a very fair price, but she couldn't afford to have everything done at once. So they agreed to do the most important repair so she could get back and forth to work and will be taking it back to continue the necessary repairs. These people were willing to talk to her, work with her, and never once tried to take advantage or over sell to her. My other roommate also took his car there a few days ago and what he thought was going to be a $300 repair turn into only half of that because they took the time to assess what was really wrong with his car. This is the only place I will recommend to my friends who need work done on their vehicles. more

Recent reapir 10/7/2014

I took my car in asking Hermitage Hills Brake to check my brakes and rotors. I gave them permission to do the repairs, Hermitage called me and told me I did not need anything but to have the brakes adjusted and cleaned. Nice honest folks. more

I use my car to commute everyday so I needed it fixed quickly. Hermitage Hills fixed it the same day at a very affordable price. more

Good work 10/6/2014

Very happy with the work Hermitage Hills Brake and Auto did on my car. With my work hours the drop box is very handy. I drop it off the night before and they have it ready the next morning. Guys are always very friendly. more
