It only takes one person to knock them out of a perfect 5, so be assured getting a 4 is fantastic and out of this world! I love the Olive Oil Seared Gnocchi with Lemon, Parmesan and Local Tomatoes, the Shrimp and Green Chile Grits Cakes with Tasso Cream Sauce, and the Beef Short Rib on Potato Cake with Dijon-Horseradish Dressing, as I have gotten each of them on a previous visit.
