WORST Customer Service & RUDE Staff - STAY AWAY 4/4/2013

Probably the rudest staff I have ever encountered. You are basically ignored for a quite some time while you are there until you forcefully ask their assistance. I ended up purchasing a pair of glasses there. However, when I asked for some prescription information later on, they refused to give it to me and gave no reasoning. This store truly lives up to the "snooty" Upper East Side stereotype and I would strongly recommend staying away. more

ZERO STARS!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE OWNER !!!! Ok. If you like to ask questions and pride yourself in being a smart knowledgeable consumer stay away from this shop. However, If you want to experience the worst service EVER please make sure to meet with the creature//optician/man who calls himself the OWNER. If you're afraid to speak up, ask questions, and get prices, you might find this alternative universe a blessing. As for the staff, they clearly lack the strength and courage to speak up for fear they may ignite the creature's anger. more
