I honestly don't understand how this place stays in business. The only positive post here is obviously an employee of the dealership. I initially went here because I saw good reviews online, but these must be plants from employees.
I initially agreed on a price using the USAA Car Buying service. When I arrived at the dealership, the sales person told me that I should come back tomorrow because a "more aggressive" sales manager was working then. I told him that I already had an agreed on price.
To make a long story short, they would not honor that price because "it was the last Honda Odyssey EX on the lot". The sales person stated that they would not accept anything less than MSRP. I showed him quotes from other dealers, but he said that the sales manager would not match those either. The sales person said that he had a good month and it was okay with him if I didn't buy the car.
Overall, this was the biggest waste of my time. I had a check in hand and was ready to buy a car. Now I'll have to drive to the other side of town to get a decent price.
