I have been extremely satisfied with Hendricks Property Management over the past few years, On time statements, years end 1099 form and maintaining the property are all great.

Worst

This organization is very unprofessional in their approach. The associates affiliated with this group are not courteous and informative. Would not recommend service.

I have had several opportunities to deal with the property managers there at Hendricks, every time was pleasant. They are diligent about their responsibilities and always on top of the situation in a crisis or emergency. more

Easy to get a hold of 8/12/2011

I was able to get a hold of my manager to talk about issues dealing with my condo. They are easy to get a hold of, and answer all of my questions (like when I was considering raising my rent, etc). more

I have not been with Hendricks Property Management for very long - however I am very pleased with my property manager Cathi and so I thought I would post a review. She is very professional, warm and has answered my questions promptly. She was able to get me a tenant in less than two months. more

Responsive and willing to deal with an owner that can be demanding at times. Cindy has been exceptional in dealing with a difficult tenant. Most importantly she has been decisive and responsive at all times, to which I appreciate. I have placed my trust in her ability to manage my property, in managing me as an owner and most importantly, managing the tenant. more
