As a first time pet owner, I was nervous when I took my kitten to the vet for the first time. I know nothing about what she needed and when, and they were very helpful in explaining to me the importance of each test, and filling me in on what my kitten needs. We were both very comfortable there (well, she was as comfortable as she could be, since she was the one being poked and prodded). The whole staff was very friendly and even made special trips to the room just to say hi to my cat!
