If you're willing to pay top dollar for condescending service, this is your dealership! I had my truck towed in. It was completely, electrically, dead.... 2 new batteries and a diagnostic process later, it was ready for pick-up. There actually WAS a simple to understand reason for my truck's problem, but I had to hear it from a different mechanic, because the service writer at Hemborg was just as brusque and uncommunicative as he had been in my previous dealings with him. I now use another dealership's service department.
