Absolutely Magnificant This was such a terrific day for me and for my friends. We all had facials.massages,maincures and brunch. The place is fabulous,the ttherapists are all top shelf and the amibiance made us feel like we were truly in Heaven. Thank you all so much for the best Spa day of our life. more

CREDIT CARD SURCHARGES DO APPLY!!!!! 12/22/2009

Be prepared to get hit with a 4% credit card surcharge for charging a gift certificate to your debit or credit card. Heaven Spa passes along their exorbitant processor fee to the consumer. I make a lot of online purchases and this is the first time a retailer has passed along their processor fee to the customer and refused to refund it. BUYER BEWARE! Pros: Enjoyable Spa Experience Cons: Unnecessary 4% Credit Card Surcharge more

Serene,professional and truly a Day Spa 12/14/2009

What an amazing and surprising experience. We all had such an incredible time at this sensational day spa this past weekend. The bachelorette party went off without a hitch and the staff of Heaven Spa could not have been better. All of the services were incredible and the food-well it was Heaven! We have all been to many other Spas in the area,but nothing can even come close to the services and ambiance of this spa. Pros: The best facial and massage ever!! Cons: That is isn't open 24 hours a day more

Really a sensational experience for us!: What a splendid Day Spa. The services were superb,the staff is amazing and the entire experience is worth every penny.The facial with Tanya. was first class and Pavel is an amazing massage therpaist. Terrible Service 12/7/2009

I tried to book a service using a gift certificate that I received. However, the gift card expired - it is written in very small print on the back. I spoke with owner and he was not accomodating or service oriented. He stated that his policy was that you have to purchase a service and then they credit you half of what you spent. My gift card was for a large amount. I was so surprised that the owner would not be more driven to honor the gitt card in light of the economy. He did not seem to care that he was turning away an upset customer. There are plenty of spas in the Philadelphia area that we can choose from. I certainly won't be recommending this place any time soon! more

This was such a super experience. We had just moved here and heard about this great Spa. Well let me tell you it is really terrific. I have been to many spas and especially since we just came from LA where they are numerous. The talent in Heaven Spa is equal to anywhere we have been. Sensational: We had our bachelorette party for my sister on Sunday and what a fantastic experience. The Spa is wonderous and lovely,the staff is superb and the services were all glorious. Spectacular services great ambiance 11/28/2009

My three friends and I went back to Heaven yesterday for our ""annual girls day out"" and what a day it was. The services were performed with amazing skill (especially Jill and Tatiana).The massages were perfect as well. We spent an hour in the lovely lounge having brunch and ended our perfect day with manicures and pedicures. Great job-highly recommend Heaven Spa. Pros: best massage and facial we have ever had more
