Happy Birthday To My Beloved 3/19/2012

I Sent my wife to Heaven Spa for her birthday the other day and she is STILL talking about it. In the past, I have sent her to other spas for special occasions, but nothing even comes close to this. From the moment you walk in the door, your comfort and well being is the top priority. The atmosphere and ambience of the spa simply and eloquently add to the overall expierence, and the level of professionalism with regards to the staff is unprecedented When I picked my wife up that day, she was all but beaming as to the wonderful day she had. My congratulations to the entire staff. You truly have set the mark so high, that I cannot imagine anyone being dissapointed. more

Best Spa Ever 2/23/2012

My husband and I had a wonderful time. We had a couples massage, facials, pedicures and manicures. It was so peaceful and calming. The staff was so friendly and accomodating. I would recommend to anyone. I can't wait until my next visit. more

Wonderful Experience 2/15/2012

We can't say enough about this wonderful Day Spa. I went there after reasding many reviews and boy were the reviews right. Heaven Spa is the Best Spa experience ever.The facial with Dasha was wonderful,my friends all had facials with Tatiana and said she was the Best they ever had. The massage (forgot all the names) were equally amazing. Thyanks for such a great day. I will be a constant client as I travel to Philly every month. Having tried many of those so-called discount franchise chains I now understand that ""YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR""!! Even though Heaven is a slight amount more than these discount spas the extra few dollars made everything worth every penny more

Best Spa experience ever 1/31/2012

I find it rather hard to believe the review written beneath my review. What is this woman (cutipootie) talking about? I have been going to Heaven Spa for 5 years and each and every time I have gone there it just keeps getting better. It is obvious that this is just a phony review written by someone trying to hurt what is BY FAR the finest Day Spa anywhere in the Philly area. What ""guy"" is she talking about? All of the front desk staff are women! more

Very unsatisfied 1/26/2012

This was my worst experience ever at a spa. I made an appointment to have the hour sweedish massage done and a half hour pedicure. Well i will say the massage was not bad at all. But the person that does the pedicure left before i could get my pedicure done. To sum it all up they forgot about me stuck me in their lounge and after about 40 min of waiting i decided to see what was going on, and boom they were just as suprised as I was to see me come up and ask what was going on. To make a long story short the guy left he did offer to come back but unfortunately I couldn't wait. So I asked for my money back for the pedicure because i did not get it and my card was charged. Well the staff refused and said the manager would have to call me the next day because he wasnt there. He called me the next day with no sympathy at all for his staffs mistake. He was ignorant and wouldn't refund my money all he said he could do was offer me to come back on another day. Well guess what I wont ever go back there after the service they gave me! And neither will my friends, or their friends or their friends etc. This experience was more like hell than heaven! more

A Special Treat! 1/12/2012

Using a gift certificate I had received from my employer, I signed up for a facial, and mani-pedi. To my delight, ""Biba"" performed the most fabulous Heaven Spa facial and ""Nina"" my mani-pedi. I so enjoyed the facility as well with nice surroundings, aromas, and quiet serene sounds. I left feeling great. What a wonderful gift. more

I went to Heaven Spa and received a massasge from Vilma and it was the most amazing massage I ever had. She concentrated on my problem areas and I felt great relief the next day. The massage was very relaxing and she made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Heaven Spa. more

THIS PLACE IS HEAVEN, I GOT A GIFT CARD FOR MY BIRTHDAY AND I WENT THERE WITH A FRIEND OF MINE AND IT WAS THE GREATEST. THE PLACE IS VERY RELAXING AND ENJOYABLE. EVERYTHING FROM WAITING IN THE ROOM FOR THE MESSAGE PROFESSIONAL TO THE FACIAL AND THE FULL BODY MASSAGE WAS THE BEST. I COULDNT ASK FOR MORE. Thank you with all my heart my darling husband. This gift certificate to Heaven Spa was the best gift you could ever have gotten for me. The day I spent there was so special I cannot thank you enough. After experiencing some of the so-called ""best Spas downtown""this was so very special. There,as you said to me, is nothing that even comes close to this wonderful Spa. Everything I had was just top notch. Heaven Spa the best gift for yourself and your friends!!! 12/13/2011

I was the first time in Heaven Spa. I really liked it. Tis special Spa has it all! If you want to get an amazing massage, I would recommended that you sign up to Marina. She is very friendly and professional.. You will leave out feeling very relaxed, as if you've been given a new body. This is a wonderful place to relax. more

The Best Spa I've Been To!!!! 11/14/2011

Firstly, Heaven Spa is absolutely gorgeous!!! The staff is made up of experienced professionals. I went there over the summer with some girlfriends. We all had an amazing time! We loved it! We live in New York, but I can say without a doubt that Heaven Spa hands down is the best spa we've ever visited! If you need a relaxing massage DO NOT hesitate to ask for Vilma! She gave each of my friends and myself wonderful massages! She had been recommended to us and now I understand why!!!! We're planning another trip to Heaven Spa really soon. I'd urge anyone in a need of a day to sit back, relax and spend time with family/ friends to hurry to that jem of a place!!!!!!! more

Amazing spa experience 11/11/2011

If you want a break from the hectic day to day madness, book a massage for yourself at Heaven Spa. The massage was a gift - believe it or not, a gift for last Christmas. I am not a big spa person but one trip and I booked a return visit for 2 weeks later. My original visit was the standard massage but after a tease with the hot stones, I booked a hot stone massage and can't wait to go back. Almost equally comparable to the massage was the relaxation room, I even got a big goblet of delicious wine! I ended up lingering for at least an hour after the massage, chatting with the other ladies. Definitely a memorable experience! more

If you want your nails painted to perfection, then visit Nina Mzhen. She is a true professional, who cares about the overall health of your nails. Nina offers service with a smile, which isn't always easy to come by. And if you want an amazing massage, then be sure to ask for Valdear Highsmith. You will leave out feeling very relaxed, as if you've been given a new body. And last but not least, Tatiana gives an unbelieveable facial! Your skin is left glowing. I can't say enough good things about Heaven Spa. ...Wonderful environment, very clean. All in all, one visit makes you feel like you've stepped into paradise from the moment you enter the doors. more

This place is a class act!! Wonderful atmosphere, Very clean, engaging staff, well organized, great perks. From the moment you walk in, you are trasported into a world of tranquility. I had the ""Her day package"". They (the staff) made sure every detail was taken care of. O.M.Goddess!! Pavel (my masseur) is absolutely AMAZING!! I am come out rejuvinated every time. :} I went in a newbie and came out addicted! I visit every chance I get!! more

I started having acne facials with Julie a few months ago, and she was amazing! I've been coming back to her every few weeks now. I am seeing so much improvement in my skin and I couldn't be happier. She is the nicest girl, and I highly recommend her if you want beautiful skin and a relaxing facial! more
