Stopped at several shops in the area and found this shop on the main street in manchester. Looked nice from the street as i was passing by, but it was disappointing once i went in...

This store is amazing! I loved the staff - the girl who worked with us was great! She knew the dresses but more importantly she knew what we wanted! I can say that they REALLY care about there customer. When a store offers to go out of their way to welcome and accommodate your family ..... It means a lot! Thank you more

Not worth your time! 1/25/2011

Their products are awful compared to other shops i have visited, overpriced and not up to satisfaction. The attitude when you walk in the store is hello buy something if not then why are you here it was awful. They were pushy and mean and didn't care for your own opinions just cared about if they make a sale. I can think of at least 10 other shops to spend my time and money at. more

Absolutely Lovely Experience 5/21/2010

I loved this place. Janice and her staff are so sweet--they let me try on basically every dress in the store. And there was none of that nonsense about cutting out the labels or keeping you from photographing the dresses--maybe because the prices are decent and she doesn't have to worry about people going somewhere else. Plus alterations were free. It's smaller and less formal than some shops, but I had no trouble finding a beautiful dress that I could actually afford. Pros: Full service, no hassles more

Great Store 3/14/2009

I absolutely love this store. Janice was awesome and made sure I was completely happy. She went out of her way to make sure my son's vest was fixed when the Tuxedo company sent the wrong size. She altered it the night before my wedding and dropped it off. With all the other stressful things I had to take care of for my wedding she lifted the weight off my shoulders by making me feel so comfortable with her. I would never go any place else and have recommended Heart to Heart Bridal many times and will continue to do so. Great people, wonderful experience. Pros: Very helpful, knowledgeable, great prices Cons: can't think of one more

Nice, but no. 6/18/2007

Stopped at several shops in the area and found this shop on the main street in manchester. Looked nice from the street as i was passing by, but it was disappointing once i went in. Everything looks bland and old. Maybe it's the bad lighting. I saw very few 'new' gowns. They weren't used or anything (at least i hope not) but they just looked out of style. Clerk said hi, but thats it. Ok place, i guess, but not for me. Pros: Nice front window Cons: outdated selection more
