If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Recently purchased a home with failed window seals in which Hayward Lumber had handled the installation five years prior. Karen from Hayward Lumber came out to inspect and confirm the failed glass, informed us it is warrantied and we would have our new windows installed in 2-3 weeks. Almost FOUR months later, I still have not received my windows! Words like "follow up" and "customer service" are not in her vocabulary. Finger pointing (blamed the installer for windows not being ordered after she already confirmed on multiple occasions SHE had ordered the glass and it was in) is in her vocabulary. Calling her boss will earn you a follow up call from her, although it will be to tell you she "doesn't appreciate you calling her boss on her", and for in incredibly rude attitude. We have other things we wished to replace in our new home, however, with this experience we will happily take our business elsewhere!
