I usually do my dry cleaning at Union Square as needed but, because I go to school at Seattle University and my boyfriend lives only a few blocks from Harvard Dry Cleaning Service, I though it would be more convenient to take my dry cleaning needs there. I was told that the earliest I can pick up my jacket will be tomorrow afternoon. I thought it was great that their turnover rate is so good but when I went to pick up my jacket the next day, the result was far from desirable. Generally when I get my jacket back from the dry cleaning place, it would look as if I have just purchased it (brand spankin new). The jacket look exactly the same as when I first brought it in, dirty. I tried to ask the lady about the process but, given the language barrier, I did not get a really good answer. I tired to reason the fact that my jacket isn't really clean and that when I've cleaned it in the past, it came back a lot cleaner. Needless to say that she was unwilling to take ownership so I gave in and paid the $12, since the service have already been performed. I told the lady that I will pay the total service fee but that I am unhappy and, most likely, will not come back. She said ""ok"" and that was that.
