This is one of the friendliest dry cleaners I've been to and they haven't mssed up or lost my clothing, as several other coolidge corner area places have. I felt compelled to add a a positive review to the 2 negatives here, becasue my experience has been the opposite. Pros: friendly, good prices more

I have gone here twice now for wash/dry/fold and for dry cleaning.\r To their credit, the wash/dry/fold turns out well. \r The dry cleaning was sub-par; they failed to treat the stains I pointed out.\r But I can really only give them one star, because their attitude can only be described as defensive and surly:\r \r Yesterday I left some clothes there for wash/dry/fold - among the pile were some old items that are no longer worth dry cleaning. When the cleaners saw these items (some pants, a couple skirts) among my laundry, they called to ask what they should do with them. That was fine - I'm glad they called. When I said I didn't need them dry-cleaned, and please just put them in the gentle cycle, though, the lady flipped out! She started yelling at me over and over that it's not her fault, my clothes would get damaged, she's not liable, etc, etc - even after I told her that I understood it's my responsibility, she wouldn't let it go but just kept yelling at me! \r \r I think she must have just wanted the extra $25 she would've charged me to dryclean those old items.\r \r I will never, ever go to this laundromat again. Cons: expensive, surly attitude, sub-par drycleaning more

DO NOT GO HERE. I took several mens designer shirts to the cleaners and when I came home noticed that my Ralph Lauren Polo button down had stains all over the creases in the shirt. I went back and asked how this could happen, and was told immediately and defensively that it was not their fault and was a fault in the fabric !!! She recommended that I call Ralph Lauren and tell them that the fabric/color was BAD. She went on to SCREAM at me by telling me it wasnt her fault. i was quite surprised by her reaction, what kind of customer service is that?! I will never go here again. more
