My father went to Haru until his death in 2002, my mother and their seven children continued our father's tradition. We have just lost our mother and will also go there. They really do care about the ""customers"" even though they don't treat you like customers, we always felt more like family (and we're not Japanese). From the Dad down to his twin daughters, we always received the utmost compassion and beautiful arrangements even for happy occasions.
