Horrible customer service. It's evident that the customer does not come first at this unprofessional establishment. They speak to you as if you were their child. Huge lack of communication and organization on their part. I completely regret ever doing business with this car lot. Lengthy time in business doesn't necessarily mean that you run a good business. If I had two more hands, I would give this establishment four thumbs down. more

I pulled on to this car lot while running some 'day off arrends"" in my ""trash truck"" because a certain car caught my attention. While I was looking the saleman walked up and started a normal sales routine. I wasn't asking many questions beacuse the salemen wouldn't stop talking. He kept metioning his church and religion. I guess that means I am supposed to trust him, but I find it offensive when some one tries to use thier faith to make a sell. The saleman made some rude remarks about my truck after I asking me if I was looking to trade, and I said I would sell it on my own, and continued to be very judgmental in the way he was talking to me. ( I was dressed for yard work though I hadn""t started yet. The stop at this lot was a spur of the moment stop.) I asked to look in the car and he said we needed to sit down and start paper work first, and I asked if that involved a credit check ( I would have arranged my own finnacing so I din't need him running one) and he just walked awaying saying that if I was worrying about that I didn't need to drive it!. I tried to explain and he just walked back inside. I shouldn't have to explain my self!!!! so I left. Pros: average cars, prices seem average Cons: Bad sales pitch, bad treatment more

I have a vehicle financed with harry lane north. The customer service is very very poor . They sell you a warranty and they don't even know what it covers. There finance company makes you have a stupid box on your car that will shut off your car if payment is even one day late. Wouldn't be so bad unless you don't get the code. Dealership not open on Sunday and neither is passtime. Would stay away from this dealership unless you wanna get ripped off. more
