You might pass right by Harmony, at the far end of Georgetown. There's a small green banner hanging outside the unassuming brick building indicating its presence. And then you have to walk down a cramped flight of stairs to end up in this typically-decorated Chinese restaurant.
The best, most beautiful, mouth-watering, bring-a-tear-to-your eye dish, however, is vegetarian through and through. It's the Crispy Shiitake Mushroom appetizer: it's both crunchy and chewy, doused in a wonderful General Tso-ish sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds. It's hard for me not to stick my face in the plate and inhale the whole thing single-handedly. Everything else is handled with equal care: love the beef and chicken dishes, especially chicken with cashews, sesame beef, and beef with broccoli. If you don't typically like the texture of mock meat then order your dishes with the real deal.
Pros: great variety
Cons: baaaddd seafood but all the rest rocks
