I've been to this establishment a few time and have NEVER been satisfied with the service and the attitude of the owner/manager. Most importantly is the outrageous prices this place charges. One night me and a few of my family members decided to go there. We ordered 2 hookas and 4 smoothies. The waiters and waitresses that work there have NO BUSINESS what-so-ever to be working in any customer service related positions. They completely forget about the customers and can't even get simple orders right. It took our waitress 30 minutes to get JUST 2 of the 4 smoothies we ordered and never brought us the other 2. The coal for the hookas was never replaced and we kept asking for them but never got any service. All this said, we decided to leave and then I got charged $75 for 2 smoothies I never got, and the owner/manager had the nerves to ask if I wanted to leave a tip for my waitress. more

Wow, did the owner write half of these reviews? I admit this place looks nice for a hookah lounge, but thats about all I'll give it. The price is $25 per hookah, and that doesn?t include the 1 drink minimum per person (which they won?t mention until after you get your hookah.) For that price, you would expect everything to be top quality, but they light their hookahs with the cheap instant light coals that make everything you smoke taste like lighter fluid, and the shisha is a lower quality that you would find at most frat houses. The service is deplorable, and if you?re a woman, you should expect that the only time the owner is going to come over to ?help? you, he?s going to make some disgusting sexual comment and then brag about how all of the hottest strippers and MILFs come there. (For any guys reading this?I?ve seen the women that hang out there?not true) Oh, and just a warning, if a couple of your friends happen to stop in real quick and say hi, you will be charged for them being there too, whether they smoke or not?even if it is a Monday and you?re the only group in there. If you?re even thinking of stopping by this place, I would look up some of the other reviews first. They touch on a lot of I didn?t bring up. Been here several times, great place. Good tobacco, elaborate, clean hookahs, great patio for people watching right by the theater & Ra. The owner creates his own middle eastern fusion music mixes which are generally pretty solid. My wife has been trying to get him to make her a CD for a long time. Bonus -- now they've got booze. That's been a long time coming and I'm looking forward to being able to drink a beer while smoking. if you like having good service and drinks that don't cost a ridiculous amount of money. We went on a saturday around midnight, we were seated fairly quickly but after that everything when downhill. It took them a half hour to get us a Hookah and even longer to get our drinks...well some of our parties drinks. We had to ask two-three times for others. Our friend ordered a blue moon, 15 minutes later when she still hadn't gotten it she managed to flag down a waitress, only to be told that they were out. The manager then came over and proceeded to talk her into buying a martini, of course they didn't tell her their martinis cost $17! It was a really bad martini too. A long Island is $10, an iced coffee with 2 shots of Kahlua is 18.50! The drinks were small and not very strong. They also only served 2 items on their menu, which makes me wonder why they even bothered giving us one. Their hookah is also very expensive. Don't be fooled by their 3+ people for $25 with 2 free refills. The first bowl you get counts as a refill, then you get 1 real refill after that. The bathroom is also filthy, co-ed and the lock on the door is broken. The only cool thing about this place is the decor, and it's not nearly good enough to make up for the shitty service and overpriced...everything. I love this place! Beautiful atmosphere with unbelievably comfortable seating. Great place to meet and enjoy an incredible coffee or beer. I love the big screen tv's and ornate lighting fixtures. It is an experience you won't want to miss. - Haven't tried the hookah yet but the coffee is EXCELLENT and they have a wide variety of speciality beers available. This is by far the best place to get a hookah in phoenix. The atmosphere is awesome! more
