Reliable, honest, and friendly 6/11/2013

Hardin Brothers Automotive has serviced my Nissan for almost 8 years. They've been handling my regular maintenance - changing the oil and updating the brakes. They always take care of my car. It's always in great condition. I really like that if the car has to stay at the garage for the entire day they give you a ride home. They are very reliable, honest, and give great service. more

I adore Hardin Brothers Automotive's service and they are all just wonderful people. I have a vintage Mercedes and it was difficult to find people who are qualified to look after it. I wouldn't even be driving my 1983 380SL if it were not for them. more

Trustworthy, communicative, just the best 6/22/2012

Anything to do with the car, any questions at all, if I have even a little problem, Hardin Brothers Automotive will help. I saw a bit of light smoke while I was in traffic so I called them and they came out to me and had a look to put my mind at ease. They offered to put more water/antifreeze in the radiator but they really take care of you and I don't feel crazy stopping by to have them check the air pressure or any service. They know I fear problems with tires or brakes, and they are conscientious of that. They have a service to take me to my house and then pick me up and bring me to my car-it is like having a cousin fix your car and take care of you. They also offer very fair prices. Once when my old car broke down on the road, they walked me through fixing the situation over the phone. They even recommended a local shop near where I broke down to walk to so that I could feel safe and get my car fixed. They are just honest, good people. more

I had a dead battery as we all have but it could have been my alternator, They knew from the symptoms it was probably the battery and it was. They too me in right away and phoned me twice to update me on the status of the repair. more

Honest, quality service. 7/1/2011

In addition to excellent service, they are extremely honest. There was an additional repair of approx.$800 that was required. They researched the repair and found it would be covered under an extended warranty by the dealer. They referred me to the dealer, thereby avoiding the $800 cost of the repair. Very impressive! They go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. more

Very professional and thorough 6/13/2011

New to Hardin Brothers, I brought both my cars for routine maintenance. Previously, they had been serviced by dealerships. One required some repair. All work was performed in a professional way and the cost was reasonable. As a result, I will continue to use Hardin Brothers for future maintenance and repair, and recommend to family and friends. more

The people at Hardin Brothers Automotive are extremely professional. I know, every time you think of professionalism, you think of stuffiness and black suits, but they are not like that. They are friendly as can be, really nice to be around and great to work with. They are honest and trustworthy. We've been with them for about five to six years. It's been really good. They've helped us out, made suggestions where suggestions were needed. We recently bought a Prius about four months ago, and I've been taking it back to the dealer for maintenance there, but I'm thinking that is ridiculous and that Hardin Brothers can provide maintenance equal or better to that of the dealer!   • Hardin Brothers Automotive was established in 2000 in a building built for automotive repair.  It has 5 bays, ASE certified technicians and Service Advisors.  It is a  BBB Accredited business, certified green business, and a member of ASA. We stand behind our work with a 24 month/24,000 mile warranty.  A courtesy shuttle is provided within our service area.  Call for an appointment.
