I stayed at the Pelican Point condos. The condo was filthy and the dishwasher didn't work. The screened porch had torn screens and smelled like a keg party happened the night before. I had to wear shower shoes in the tub. Plus when we arrived at this ""gated community"" we learned that it was $25.00 parking fee for any guests that arrived in a different car. When we complained about the conditions we were treated very rudely. To add to the misery, the beach completely disappears at low tide. You can see it, but you don't want to walk that far. Not recommended!
