Seriously Overpriced 4/13/2010

The best thing about this place is the chair is really nice and comfortable. Other than that, I never want to go there again. I felt they were rushed and pushed too many ""extra"" things onto me. When I did ask for something extra (which means extra money for them), the woman got visibly annoyed. In addition, she also answered her cell phone while giving me a pedicure. That is incredibly disrespectful and sets a terrible standard for employees. The woman who gave me a manicure didn't do the extra little things, such as massaging my hands before finishing painting my nails. The nails all came off less than a week later. Lastly, she watched me as I wrote in the tip. That really irks me. The price before tip for a manicure and a pedicure was steep, but I was planning on leaving a nice tip for them. But when they are over my shoulders, breathing down my neck, I will leave a less than average tip. I will never go back to this place again. Pros: the massaging chair Cons: customer service more

Overcharged!!!! 7/16/2009

My colleague and I went there last week, July 16th. All my friend needed was a fill for her acrylics, only a fill, no massage, no filing needed, no manicure....just the fill only. $25! That's how much a brand new set costs! Then $5 for just a toe color. (normal price). I had a french manicure, and by later in the day, there were bubbles in the polish and the white tips were severely cracked...all of them. That's never happened to me before. When I called the next day to ask how much a fill was, they told me they started at $12. So they doubled the cost for my friend. Even if it cost a few more dollars for the gel or whatever....let's say $15 at most. Still, they charged her $25. They said we needed to come down to show them. Not worth the gas money to and from to justify $10 extra. Anyway, long story, but I will NEVER go there again and I recommend you stay away too!! Or at least ask what the prices are before they begin. (We didn't do that). Pros: Never going there again Cons: Terrible job and overcharged more

bad service 7/26/2006

I been there at least three times and each time was a big dissapointed. Their price is lower than other spas, but service is very poor. First of all, they are not friendly, especially to the new customres. Once I just walked in, they called a lady to do my pedicure but she actually had an appointment with another customers who hasn't showed up. So she was in such a hurry that she finished my pedicure in 10 minutes and never said a word to me. They also liked to add up your service, so sometimes it ended up cost more than other spas. Now, I rather drive further away and paid a little bit extra for a better environment and service. Pros: cheap Cons: poor quality more

There is NOTHING happy about this place! 4/19/2006

I called at 8 to ask if I could come in for a full set. The lady said yes and urged me to come. I go and they tell me they don't have anyone who could give me a full set. 2nd trip: I told them I wanted an acrylic manicure and a pedicure. The lady filed my painfully short nails and proceded to try to give a french. I asked what she was doing and told her I wanted her to put tips on. She told me that no one could do it. What the!?!? I had to pay 31$ for a pedicure and ""manicure"" that I never got. The pedicure sucked, she did'nt even attempt to buff the rough skin on my feet. I couldnt decipher a word they were saying, they barely speak English. They're chattering in a loud obnoxious manner the whole time. more

evil nails 7/27/2004

I was extremely dissapointed in the service that I recieved at Happy Nails in Tustin. All I needed was a french manicure, but somehow the manicurist seemed to have botched it by not painting the white tips in a straight smooth line. When I pointed out that there was a glob of white out of place, she tried to deny it when I can obviously see it with my own eyes. So she regretfully tied to fix it. Although she did a slightly better job then the first time, the white tip was now crooked in the way that one side of the nail was thinner than the other. When I pointed this out to her again. She kept denying anything being wrong with it, so I gave up trying to convince her. I am EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED! Pros: inexpensive, empty Cons: , bad service more
