Hansen's Finest Quality & Service 1/19/2010

We have always received beautiful flowers from Hansen's Florist, the flowers are fresh, and my husband always goes there for the finest quality, and the longest lasting flowers. Their customer service is excellent, and their staff is caring and very responsible. Their driver's are so nice! One time I wasn't home and their driver took the time to call me and deliver it to an alternate address. We were so happy with his service. Always on time, their Driver's are friendly and responsible. We are happy to recommend HANSEN'S FLORIST to everyone we know. more

Terrible customer service and response? 11/24/2009

Hansen's delivered a nice plant to our house sent by friends in sympathy for the loss of a family member. When backing up the driveway the driver hit a large Japanese salt pot we use for flower arrangements and broke it. When confronted the driver denied the accident and the store manager refused to accept reponsibility for the drivers actions. Typically I accept that accidents do happen and am reasonable in regards "how to deal with it" , but Hansens refusal to acknowledge their culpability motivated this comment. I will also be leaving as many "comments" as possible on other sites. My business will never work with them again. more

SIMPLY GREAT nice place nice-flowers awesome service the lady known her biz's she make flowers for our 35Th wedding anniversary and the flowers were nicer this time more

Hansen's Georgetown Florist 6/18/2008

I have used and referred friends to Hansen's Georgetown Florist for various occasions. They have always met or exceeded the expectation of the customer. It is a great business to deal with and their willingness to work with the customer to make sure the flowers are what they want is truly appreciated. I would certainly continue to recommend friends to Hansen's Georgetown Florist. \r They are the best! more
