I LOVE HANDMADE 2/3/2007

This is the only place for me when it is time to pick up that perfect gift for that special someone. I also like to just browse and enjoy the great music they play and visit with the staff, who are all so friendly. Of course I always end up finding something for myself. Handmade has something for everyone. If you haven't checked it out... What are you waiting for. It is going to be your favorite spot! more

Hip Gifts for Everyone on Your List 2/3/2007

Handmade is an amazing boutique that carries local artists and really hip fun gifts. It is no small boutique and you can easily spend a day in here. Prices are really reasonable and you can find cool pieces from $2 on up. If you can't find it, ask the staff. They are warm and friendly and they will probably remember you when you come back and you will definitely want to come back! Handmade has something for absolutely everyone. It is first-stop shopping. If you go into Handmade, you probably won't need to go anywhere else. more

Handmade Heaven 5/15/2006

Jewelry, soap, clothes, vintage t's and witty gifts. If you're looking for any type of present you're best bet is to start here. With unique vendors, this shop has the best of local artists and offers their products for reasonable prices. I recommend giving yourself lots of time to spend here because not only are there thousands of things to see but the staff is really friendly and funny! Even if you aren't looking for anything specific you're sure to find things that strike your fancy and Handmade. more

Handmade features lots of little booths full of handmade stuff -- like a classic flea market, but with a twist. It is upscale handicrafts, meaning few deals and high prices. But, they are also a far cry from the stuff you made in girl scouts and is a good place to find a truly unique gift for someone who has everything and likes that kind of stuff. more

Great stuff if you can handle the sticker shock! 8/9/2005

Handmade is a unique little shop on Ventura Blvd full of one of a kind items by private designers. They have an amazing collection of really interesting items from clothing, candles, jewelry, picture frames...you name it! The prices are high, but if you can handle the sticker shock, then GO for it! more
