I can't say one bad thing about this facility. The staff and Dr. Glass have accommodated my family in all of our needs. I would recommend this clinic to any new comer to the Lufkin area. more

I've had mixed feelings about this clinic. We love most of the doctors although there are one or two that can be short and not as caring. While we loved our doctor the wait times were often HORRIBLE. Another complaint we had is that they have seperate waiting rooms for sick/healthy, but do not tell you which is which and both end up usually filled with both sick and healthy kids. The wait for check out can also be long at times. more

We have used the services of the Children's Clinic since our daughter was born almost 6 years ago. Each doctor has their own type of personality and way of conducting their work. Each one has listened to our concerns and explained any test results. We feel we have received very good care from all of them. However, do be prepared to wait when you have an appointment. more

Dr. Fidone is one of three pediatricians that work in his office. There are only a handful of pediatricians in Lufkin. I have been happy with the care my children have received. He saw my daughter in the hospital when she was born and took alot of time to come visit me and discuss his examination. I appreciated the extra effort. I know many people are a little put-off by his seemingly superior attitude. If that's the case, then you can always switch to one of the other doctors because they are all very different. Never schedule an appointment for Monday morning. This is probably the worst time of the week. We did that once and ended up waiting 90 minutes past our 8:30 a.m. appointment. Expect to always have some wait, but Monday morning are the absolute worst. more

We have seen Dr. Fidone when our normal ped. wasn't in and we needed to see someone. I didn't hate him, but I didn't feel like he really cared. He didn't take time to really find out what we were wanting, etc. He came in the room, said hi, looked at my dd, said "this is what it is, here's a prescription, thanks have a nice day" and walked out. Not rude, just not personable at all and I don't like that too much. He seemed like he was in way too big of a hurry. He's a good doctor, just not someone I'd want all the time for my daughter. She wasn't that impressed with him either. more

I am SO disappointed that she has retired for the time being. She was SO wonderful with my daughter and I loved her from the first time I heard her speak at our childbirth classes. She was the most personable and caring physician that we have ever used. She used her knowledge from schooling, but also would talk to you as a mother of 3 children herself. She was super kind and my daughter absolutely loved her. I hope that she goes back to work after her kids are grown so that others can enjoy the same great service that we had! A wonderful pediatrician. more
