Last tax season we decided to try out the closest H&R Block that had just opened up in our town. It really was a nightmare. Due to our schedules my husband and I couldn't meet at the same time, so we went seperately. I called first to make sure this was alright. I went first and answered all of the questions and when I left I was told everything was in order. My husband went in the next afternoon and signed his portion of the paperwork. When I called the next day to see if our Rapid Refund check was ready I was told that we were set up to have a check mailed to us, which could take weeks! The man that did my taxes actually come out and tried to say that I told him I wanted it mailed! Luckily the manager agreed to cancel the first request and had the check cut for me the next day.
PROS: Manager fixed the problem.
CONS: You should NEVER argue with a customer!
